September 4 - Attendance Update

Effective Tuesday, September 8, 2020, the same procedures will be used across all grades and courses to verify daily student attendance.
Primary & Elementary (4K – 6GR)
- Virtual Program Students: Students will verify attendance daily through completing the Daily Attendance Slip.
- Hybrid Students:
- On-Campus Days: Students must be physically present to be counted present.
- Virtual Days: Students will verify attendance through completing the Daily Attendance Slip.
Middle & High (7GR – 12GR)
- Virtual Program Students: Students will verify attendance in each class daily through completing the Daily Attendance Slip for each class.
- Hybrid Students:
- On-Campus Days: Students must be physically present in each class to be counted present for the class.
- Virtual Days: Students will verify attendance in each class daily through completing the Daily Attendance Slip for each class.
Weekly Attendance Verification: All Virtual Daily Attendance Slips must be submitted every Friday by Noon. Teachers will verify all weekly attendance each Friday afternoon.
High School Credit Course Make-up: Students in high school credit courses verified as absent at the Friday Verification deadline will make-up attendance credit by completing the course work assigned on the absent days.
