The purpose of the Operations Department is to support the educational process by providing a safe, functional, and esthetically pleasing environment for students, staff, visitors, and the community. The Operations Department takes pride in their quality of work and is responsible for:
- Daily maintenance of 7 schools, 3 other facilities, and all athletic complexes
- New Construction/Renovations
- Groundskeeping
- Custodial Support
- Energy Management
- Facility Planning
- Operational Budgets
- School Safety Measures and Equipment
