Lexington School District Four Recognizes the 2020-2021 Classified Employee of the Year - Mrs. Meredith Green!
This year’s Classified Employee of the Year is awarded to Mrs. Meredith Green. Mrs. Green serves as an instructional assistant at Frances Mack Intermediate School and has worked in the district since 2002. She is known for her compassion, dependability, kindness, grace, and perseverance, among so many other things! A few noteworthy items to share that led to her selection as this year’s recipient include her amazing leadership abilities and her pursuit of excellence in and out of the classroom. Mrs. Green loves to learn new strategies and skills and she is currently working on her personal goal of obtaining her teaching degree. She is committed to her school environment, coming in early to clean the room and prepare for the day, and staying late to pick up and organize resources. Above all else, she loves the students as her own.
Lexington Four Superintendent, Dr. Robert Maddox, presented an engraved clock and thanked her for her service. Dr. Maddox shared, “There is really no higher honor than being selected by your co-workers and colleagues to receive this type of recognition. We appreciate the outstanding job these employees do serving the students and families in Lexington Four.”
Congratulations to Meredith Green on this much-deserved honor!
