That's right, we are challenging each classroom to encourage as many students as possible to participate for an opportunity to earn a sweet treat with our School Resource Officer! Tomorrow the ECC will be rocking our socks for World Down Syndrome Day!
World Down Syndrome Day is an annual, global awareness day advocating for the rights, inclusion and well-being of people who have Down syndrome. Why 3/21? This is because people who have Down syndrome have 3 copies of the 21st chromosome. We rock our most colorful and fun socks in celebration of their uniqueness.
Congratulations to the winners of our second ECC Math Challenge! Ivanna and Jaxson both received a board game and a math book to celebrate! Our next math challenge starts on soon. We are so proud of all of our Early Risers that participated in this challenge and can't wait to see what entries we get for the next one!
Congratulations to our Students of the Quarter! These students were selected by their teachers for best representing Habit 4: Perform. These are students who consistently complete quality work and manage time appropriately. At the ECC, we PERFORM! We give our best effort every time!
