National Hispanic Heritage Month is celebrated from September 15-October 15 to give recognition to the Hispanic and Latino history and culture, as well as the many contributions made to United States history and culture by the Hispanic American communities. Happy Hispanic Heritage Month!
Mrs. Whtiman's class is busy at work this week - students practiced being editors and using the revision process to look over their partner's personal narrative. Way to go buddies!
Today students in Ms. Martin's class participated in a gallery walk to read about the events of 9/11 and practiced identifying the text structure of each article.
