It’s time to sign up for Individual Graduation Plan (IGP) Meetings! 💜 These student-led meetings help students set goals, review graduation requirements, and discuss plans for life after high school—with guidance from their school counselor.

🗓 Sign-Up Window: November 10 – November 21
📅 Meeting Dates: December 8 – February 27
💻 Meeting Options: In-person, virtual (Google Meet), phone, or email

Students and parents can choose the meeting format that works best for them. To schedule your IGP meeting, simply scan the QR code below to complete the sign-up form:

After the sign-up period closes, counselors will schedule meetings with students whose parents/guardians have not yet registered.
