Class of 2028 — It’s Time to Talk Class Rings!
Jostens will be at Swansea High School to meet with the Class of 2028 and share information about ordering your official class ring!
During the meeting, the Jostens representative will review available ring options, ordering information, and everything you need to know to select a ring that represents your high school journey.

The Jostens representative will be at Swansea High School on Friday, September 4th to meet with the Class of 2027.
During the meeting, Jostens will share important information about ordering graduation items and supplies, including the items available to seniors and the ordering process.
All seniors should plan to attend so you have the information you need as we begin preparing for graduation!
Class of 2027 Senior IGP Meetings
Senior IGP meetings are an important part of helping our students prepare for life after high school. During the meeting, seniors will review graduation requirements, share their goals, and discuss their plans for college, career, military service, or other postsecondary opportunities with their school counselor.
Parents/guardians, please use the QR code on the graphic that corresponds with your student’s last name to schedule an appointment. Be sure to enter the student’s first and last name when scheduling.
Scheduling Window: August 19th – 31st
Senior IGP Meetings: September 1st – October 5th
Meeting Length: Approximately 30 minutes
Meeting options include in person, by phone, via Zoom, or through email correspondence.

VARSITY FOOTBALL CHANGE FOR THIS WEEK!!!
Due to the potential for severe weather in our area on Friday, the Varsity Football game vs. Keenan has been moved to Thursday, August 20th at 7:30 PM.
The Lexington School District 4 Athletics Hall of Fame inductees will still be recognized at halftime, and the Hall of Fame Ceremony will remain scheduled for Saturday, August 22 at 10:00 AM.
JV and Varsity Volleyball vs. ALA will be rescheduled to a later date. We'll share the new date as soon as it is confirmed.

• Seniors: 1:30 p.m. – 3:10 p.m.
• Juniors: 3:10 p.m. – 4:50 p.m.
• Sophomores: 4:50 p.m. – 6:30 p.m.
While you're on campus, be sure to stop by the Chick-fil-A Pop-Up, available from 3:00 p.m. – 6:30 p.m.

Attendance is required for all students enrolled in Virtual SC summer courses. Please arrive on time and be prepared to complete your final exam.

Calling all rising 7th–12th grade volleyball players! It's time to get ready for the upcoming season and take your game to the next level.
Swansea High School Volleyball Summer Conditioning began Wednesday, June 3, 2026, and will be held every Monday through Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. in the Swansea High School Freshman Academy Gym.
All participants must have a current physical on file dated after April 2026 before participating.
Whether you're a returning player or interested in joining the program, this is a great opportunity to improve your skills, build strength and endurance, and prepare for a successful season.
We look forward to seeing our future Lady Tigers in the gym this summer!

This is a reminder that Summer School will be held June 1–11, 2026 (Monday–Thursday) from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at Swansea High School.
Students who are required to attend Summer School have received a letter with important information regarding their attendance. Summer School is available for both attendance recovery and credit recovery and provides an important opportunity for students to stay on track toward graduation and academic success.
If your child received a Summer School letter, please review the information carefully and ensure they are prepared to attend beginning June 1.

Please review the important Graduation Guidelines and Information for Friday, May 29, 2026 at 8:00 a.m. at Doug Bennett Stadium.
Key reminders:
• Gates open at 6:45 a.m.
• Clear bag policy will be strictly enforced.
• No bookbags, purses, drawstring bags, balloons, posters, banners, or signs will be permitted inside the stadium.
• Parking attendants and shuttle services will be available to assist guests.
• Complimentary water will be available throughout the ceremony.
• The graduation ceremony will be livestreamed beginning at 8:00 a.m.

Attention Senior Parent(s)/Guardian(s):
Graduation Practice for the Swansea High School Class of 2026 will be held on Thursday, May 21st at 8:30 a.m. in the SHS Gym. Attendance is mandatory as students will receive final graduation information and instructions during practice.
Following graduation practice, seniors will be dismissed for the remainder of the school day. Students who ride the bus may remain at school and will follow their regular daily class schedule until dismissal.
