Lexington Four will resume normal operations tomorrow, Friday, August, 9, 2027.

After consultation with emergency management and the National Weather Service (NWS), Lexington Four will be closed tomorrow, August 8, 2024.
The NWS is again forecasting significant rainfall throughout the district. Additional rain combined with saturated soils and moderate winds has increased the potential for hazardous travel conditions.
Tomorrow’s scheduled school day will be moved to an eLearning day later in the year.
All other activities are also canceled for tomorrow. Coaches and sponsors will be in contact with their students with any additional details.

Lexington Four is excited to welcome students and staff to the 2024-2025 school year tomorrow. The National Weather Service is forecasting improved weather for Wednesday as Tropical Storm Debby moves off the coast of South Carolina later today.
We are closely monitoring the weather in conjunction with other districts, emergency management, and the National Weather Service and will continue to provide updates as needed.
Lexington Four schools will be closed on Tuesday, August 6, 2024.
After consultation with emergency management and the National Weather Service (NWS), Lexington Four will not begin school as planned tomorrow.
The NWS is forecasting significant rainfall throughout the district with a high likelihood of flooding - particularly in low lying areas which may make roads hazardous.
In response to this closure, we will adjust the district academic calendar to reflect a new start date. Any days missed due to this weather event will be scheduled as eLearning days later in the year. Our first scheduled eLearning date is Monday, October 14.
All other activities are also canceled for tomorrow. Coaches and sponsors will be in contact with their students with any additional details.
SHS students that missed their VirtualSC Exams for Summer Courses will need to test on Friday, August 2nd at 8:00AM in the SHS Media Center. Thank you!

They will be presenting on dual enrollment options and requirements for the upcoming 2024-25 school year. All students enrolled in dual enrollment courses please plan to attend!

We look forward to seeing you all for our Meet the Teacher and Registration Night on July 31st! Please try and attend during your grade levels' scheduled time. Registration will be taking place in the gym from 1- 6 PM.
During this time you will also have the opportunity to pick up schedules, receive dual enrollment information, register for parking permits and get updated Student IDs.

Virtual SC Exams will be administered on Wednesday, July 31, 2024 in the SHS Media Center. Students that are enrolled in summer accrual courses through VSC will need to be present to take their Final Exams for each course. Students will need to arrive for testing at 8:30 AM.

The deadline for orders is August 30th.
