The purpose of the Human Resources Department is to promote employee quality by providing personal service and support to each of our professionals. The Human Resources team is available to assist current and future employees with any questions related to the employment process, employee benefits, professional certification, compensation, and evaluation.
Lexington District 4 employs over 550 professionals who are dedicated to nurturing, educating, and supporting each one of our more than 3,200 students. Our Human Resources team seeks to recruit, retain, and support a diverse and highly qualified workforce. We desire for each of our employees to lead, learn, serve, and excel both individually and collectively in support of our students, parents, and community.
