The purpose of the Operations Department is to support the educational process by providing a safe, functional, and esthetically pleasing environment for students, staff, visitors, and the community.  The Operations Department takes pride in their quality of work and is responsible for:

  • Daily maintenance of 7 schools, 3 other facilities, and all athletic complexes

  • New Construction/Renovations

  • Groundskeeping

  • Custodial Support 

  • Energy Management

  • Facility Planning

  • Operational Budgets

  • School Safety Measures and Equipment
